ACCELERATE YOUR CAREER
You start as a Field Sales Representative, getting to know our customers and markets at the grassroots level.
From there, strap in and hang on. In your first two years, you can become a Territory Rep and then a Sr. Territory Rep or Market Manager on our Sales track. Our Marketing track offers Associate and Assistant Product Manager and Assistant Channel Manager opportunities. Or, you could serve as a Regional Field Trainer or Regional Manager.
All along the way, we'll give you a combination of support, guidance, and freedom that brings out the best in promising, talented leaders. And since that's exclusively who we seek and recruit, it works out beautifully for you and TTi.
A little further down the track, but still remarkably early in your career, you may rise as high as National Account Manager, National Sales Manager, Divisional Manager, or Group Product Manager. That's some serious acceleration. But this is TTi. We're all about innovation, determination, and speed.
